Laughter Yoga?

Laughter yoga is a health concept and practice of deep belly laughter with proven health benefits. Laughter exercises are simulated, playful, and can induce genuine laughter. No joking, the practice does not include performance or humor. Similar to aerobic exercise, outcomes may include an improved immune system and stress and pain relief . Laughter yoga was developed in 1995 by a doctor and yoga instructor in India. It is now a growing international movement with vibrant laughing communities in over 100 countries.

Contact me if your group would like a complimentary offering of 10-15 min of Laughter Yoga.  This would be a great addition to a yoga, art,  professional development, team building, or wellness class.  The complimentary offering is great for groups of 5-50.  If you are interested in a 30-45min session for your group, I will work with your budget.
